Activities will include:
Story and singing times with a member of the staff.
Painting,crayoning: Baby gyms, rings and play mats,
Tunnel, playhouse and tent indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) Dressing up etc.
Encouraging tummy time for babies
Outside play on big grass area, (weather permitting )
Free drinks and snacks for children and parents.
Time for parents and carers just to chat together and relax

An extra room for parents/carers to have hot drinks away from children’s reach, while at the same time still being able to see your children.

Claire Tomlin
son has a Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education. She has had a range of experiences in different settings; “I have worked in 3 private day nurseries and until recently I worked as a nanny looking after a little boy. I will be bringing my own baby girl to “Little Lights”.”
A “spirituality session”, run by our new curate Rev.Ruth Thomas, for half an hour during Thursday morning sessions, for parents and children who wish to take part and enjoy together.
Rev. Ruth Thomas was Head of Music Education in Durham University. She is a mother of two and has researched into how we can help young children to grow spiritually.
Bring your own ‘little light’ to St. Giles’ Church and share some time with others in a safe and friendly place.
